👨💻 My Role
I designed and developed all three modules from the ground up using component-based architecture. I implemented:
- Responsive layouts and UI components using TailwindCSS
- KPI and order status logic with mock data sources
- Chart.js for data visualization across rooms, guests, revenue, and food services
- A sidebar-driven layout for scalable module navigation
- Reusable design system for cards, tables, and form elements
Each section simulates real-world hospitality needs, allowing staff to monitor activity and make fast operational decisions.
🎯 Project Goals
- Build a real-use-case admin system for hotel chains
- Showcase modular dashboard architecture and UI consistency
- Demonstrate live data visualization and internal workflows
- Deliver an interface ready for backend/API integration
Technical Implementation
UI Component System
I built a comprehensive component library for the dashboard, including status cards, data tables, charts, and navigation elements. This modular approach ensures consistency across all sections while allowing for easy maintenance and scalability.
Data Visualization
Using Chart.js, I implemented various visualization types including bar charts for revenue tracking, line charts for guest activity, and pie charts for order distribution. Each chart is responsive and includes interactive elements like tooltips and legends.
Status Management
The system includes a comprehensive status management system for tracking room availability, order progress, and payment status. Each status is visually represented with appropriate colors and icons for quick recognition by staff.
Responsive Design
While primarily designed for desktop and tablet use by hotel staff, the interface is fully responsive and adapts to different screen sizes. This ensures usability across various devices that might be used in a hotel environment.

Dashboard Features
The main dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of hotel operations with real-time metrics. Key performance indicators show arrivals (73, up 24%), departures (35, down 12%), and bookings (237, up 31%). The dashboard also displays current room availability status and total revenue.
The charts section includes three visualization types: a bar chart for daily revenue, a line chart for guest activity, and a stacked bar chart showing room status (occupied, booked, available) throughout the week. All data can be filtered by time period for trend analysis.
